On a beautiful crisp fall morning, with our picnic basket, we drove from Lake Tahoe hoping to, perhaps, find the perfect spot. We did. It was like a dream to sit beneath this grove of aspens near Spooner's Pass and let a little time go by. I wish you could hear the soft breeze rustling through the leaves.
