The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Our home in Mississippi has lots of vertical windows. We have a crazy redbird who sees himself in the reflections morning, noon and evening and constantly fights his own image all day long. He is just furious that all those beautiful redbirds are in his territory and he aims to fight each and every one!
